Well, we all decided that coats would have been a good idea! Now I know that you should never believe the weather forecast, but the promise of sunny weather was too good an opportunity to miss, well as it turns out it missed us!
Margate was freezing cold and blowing a gale! :(
My intentions were to take the guys for a walk along the harbour, this way we could get some great shots with
Margate in the background. I only had to wait a couple of minutes for them to arrive, but in this short time two huge waves had crashed over the harbour wall, maybe not such a good idea!
Fortunately for us Cafe G
was both warm and open, and after a couple of coffees we all had heated up enough to brave it for a bit, well just enough time to get a few nice pictures anyway...
The great thing about the engagement shoots is we don't have to put up with poor weather (and light) and after a quick (brisk jog!)around the Old Town, it was decided it would be best to reconvene for a second attempt another day, we're all looking forward to a nice evening in May down by the beach.
Lucie & Nolan are getting married at the fantastic
Bell Hotel in
Sandwich. With it's great interior and lovely surrounding area, we will be spoilt for great places to take pictures!
Anyway here are a few from Sunday...
